Admissions Timeline
September 3, 2024 – Applications open for school year 2025-2026
November 2024 – FACTS Financial Aid applications open, grades K-8
November 18, 2024 – Re-enrollment for current families and siblings begins
November 18, 2024 – PreK-3, PreK-4, and Kindergarten enrollment begins
December 15, 2024 – Applications due for early decisions
January 3, 2025 – Early decision emails are sent
January 17, 2025 – New student registration begins (contracts sent) for grades 1-8 for the 2025-2026 school year
February 28, 2025 – FACTS Financial Aid applications are due, grades K-8
Rolling admissions continue thereafter
Admissions Application Requirements, grades 1 – 8
Please complete the Admissions Application online and submit the following forms through our online enrollment system, FinalSite Enrollment.
1. Complete an application online, with $50 non-refundable application fee; paid online at the time of application submission (per child).
2. Submit your child’s most recent report card.
3. The prior year final report card.
3. Submit standardized test scores (grades 3- 8).
4. Teacher recommendation (send the request directly in the application portal).
5. Submit any IEP or 504 paperwork, if applicable.
6. Optional: If applicable, submit a copy of child’s Baptismal Certificate and Parish Verification Form (completed and signed from your home Parish) should be uploaded in order to receive the Active Catholic tuition rate. Students applying to the Immaculate Heart of Mary School who were baptized Catholic before February 1, 2024 will be given the Catholic rate once their Baptismal certificate and Parish Verification forms are received by the school. Families who are considering having their children baptized should contact the parish office and may be given the Active Catholic tuition rate the following school year.
7. Placement test, administered at IHM. Once all items are complete our admissions team will be in touch to schedule your child’s placement test (required).
8. Shadow Day or meet the Principal (optional for grades 4 – 5, required for middle school).
Please note that your application will not be processed until all required documents are uploaded into the FinalSite Enrollment portal. Please review your Admissions checklist in the portal to make sure all items are submitted.
Preschool (PreK-3 and PreK-4) Application Requirements
- Admissions application

Enrolled Kindergarten students will be assessed in May 2025.

PreK 4 – Students must be 4 before September 1, 2025
Kindergarten – Students must be 5 before September 1, 2025
